WORSHIP SERVICE SCHEDULE CHANGES EFFECTIVE NEXT SUNDAY, MAY 26

Beginning NEXT Sunday, May 26, our morning worship schedule will include two services: 9am Traditional Worship in the Bauserman Sanctuary and 10:30am Contemporary Worship in the Worship Center. This Sunday, May 19 is the last time we will offer the 11:30am Traditional Service. Pastor Jeff Greenway made this decision to help better steward our time and resources in light of attendance trends. RECEPTION FOR PASTOR JEFF & BETH GREENWAY

Mark your calendars for NEXT Sunday, May 26 following the conclusion of the 10:30am worship service when we will gather in the Community Center Banquet Rooms to have an opportunity to thank Pastor Jeff & Beth Greenway for their 18 years of service and leadership of our church. Light refreshments will be served.


MEET OUR MISSION PARTNERS FROM KENYA AND ETHIOPIA

We’re delighted to welcome delegates from Kenya and Ethiopia NEXT Wednesday, May 29 at 6:30pm. PLEASE NOTE: this reception will take place in the Banquet Rooms in lieu of Pastor’s Bible Study that week. Our Allegheny West Conference of the Global Methodist Church has formed a mission partnership with the Kenya-Ethiopia Conference. Pastor Bill Weaver will greet our representatives on behalf of our church and Pastor Dave Carter will share more about the mission partnership. Make plans to attend this special presentation and time of sharing as we welcome and share fellowship our brothers and sisters in Christ from Kenya and Ethiopia.


CUBA MISSION TRIP INFORMATION MEETINGS

Join Pastor Connie Fink FOLLOWING the 10:30am Contemporary Worship Service on either Sunday, June 5 (11:45 am in Banquet Room C) or Wednesday, June 12 (Community Center Banquet Room C) to learn details about joining the 2024 Cuba Mission trip this coming November 4 through 12. Anyone interested is encouraged to attend one of these brief information sessions. Spend a few moments to learn more and ask questions. There’s no obligation or commitment—just come to learn more about what to expect if decide to join the mission team.


HIGH SCHOOL MISSION CAMP JUNE 9-14

Students in grades 9 through 12 are invited to hang out and serve with us right here at Reynoldsburg Community Church for Mission Camp 2024. We’re collaborating with the high school ministry at Cornerstone Church in Newark by doing service projects with several different, local ministries. Mission Camp participants will stay with us at the church building the whole week, and the cost is $200. Click the button below to register. Sibling discounts are available when two or more students from the same family register. We also have scholarships available if cost is an issue for your family. HELP WITH MISSION CAMP MEALS

With Mission Camp staying local this year, we need the help of our church family to provide meals for dinner each night. Our students will be working hard each day serving local ministries in the area. You can help by providing a hardy meal here at the church building when they return to “home base” every evening. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Register TODAY for FIVE evenings of our annual Vacation Bible School (VBS): Monday through Friday, June 17-21 from 6 until 8:30pm. VBS is open to kids going into Kindergarten (5 years-old by August 1) up to 5th Grade. Click the button below to register your child(ren)!

VOLUNTEER TO SERVE

We have lots of fun opportunities to serve at VBS in different areas and activities. Help with crafts, games, or science stations. Serve as a small group leader, media assistant, or missions assistant. Even if you can’t make it the entire week, there’s space on the registration form to indicate which days you’ll be available to serve. Click the button below to sign up TODAY!

If you love decorating, we need your help on Friday, June 14 for a decorating party (and pizza). You can even donate items for our crafts and activities. Click the appropriate button below to help in a variety of ways!


VISIT THE SENIORS & CAREGIVERS EXPRO THIS MONDAY

Come to the expo Monday, May 20 from 10am – 2pm here at the Community Center. Senior resource specialists will be on hand to answer your questions about caregiving and senior related topics. Vendors include specialists in long-term planning, senior housing, Medicare and Medicaid, and more. Registration is not necessary, but you can view more information by clicking the button below.


PART-TIME CUSTODIAN WANTED

We are looking to hire an additional part-time custodian for weeknights from 5 until 9pm and alternating weekends. To receive a full position description or apply for this position, email our Executive Director Karin Dragonette.  


CREATIVE WEDNESDAYS

We’re excited to invite your child (ages 3 through 5) to Creative Wednesdays this July from 9:30am until noon. Kids will love these active mornings filled with art, music, and fun! Cost is $150 for the five weeks. Use the button below to register TODAY!
