GRIEFSHARE LOSS OF A SPOUSE SUPPORT SESSION
April 18 @ 9:30 am – 11:30 am

Losing a spouse brings a unique kind of grief — one that can feel overwhelming, disorienting, and deeply lonely. Whether your loss is recent or years in the past, you don’t have to walk this journey alone.
Loss of a Spouse is a two‑hour GriefShare seminar offering practical guidance, compassionate teaching, and a safe place to find support. Through a 35‑minute video featuring counselors, pastors, and widowed men and women, you’ll hear honest stories and helpful tools for navigating life after loss. After the video, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect and (if you choose) share with others who understand what you’re going through.
Every participant receives a Loss of a Spouse booklet with more than 30 short readings to encourage you in the days ahead.
At this seminar, you’ll discover:
- Why your grief feels so overwhelming
- What emotions to expect and why they’re normal
- Practical ways to cope with loneliness, fog, and daily challenges
- How others have found hope and healing
- Encouragement for the next steps in your journey
There is no pressure to talk — you’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable.
