Amazing Greys Road Trip: Sep 22 | 8:30am-6pm
Join us for an outing La Comedian Dinner Theater in Springboro for a matinee showing of Grumpy Old Men. We’ll depart from church at 8:30 am and arrive to the theater around 10:30 or 11am. The buffet opens at 11:15 and the program starts at 12:30 pm. We anticipate returning back to the church around 6pm.
Grumpy Old Men is the hilarious musical comedy about two aging men, Max and John – neighbors who have been feuding for most of their lives. Invigorated by their shared affection for their new beautiful neighbor across the street, they face off as romantic rivals who will stop at nothing to win her heart.
Based on the 1993 film starring Jack Lemmon, Walter Matthau, and Ann-Margaret, this stage adaptation perfectly captures the lovably crotchety characters through twinkling humor, great songs, and the affectionate depiction of a small town that feels like home to everyone.
