At Reynoldsburg Community Church, our mission flows from Jesus’ words in John 15: “I am the vine; you are the branches.”
As we remain rooted in Christ, His love shapes our mission, His power fuels our ministry, and His joy becomes our strength. Together, we are called to love God and people, multiply the faith, and change the world.
Dave Carter is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church. He previously served as the Executive Pastor of Reynoldsburg Community Church. Dave’s passion is to equip, train and help people discover God’s purpose for their life. He serves from his gifts of teaching, preaching, discernment, and prophetic leadership. Dave received his BA from Asbury College and his MDiv from Ashland Theological Seminary. He has done missionary work and served in several international locations. Dave is married to Donna and together they are parents to four adult children.

We believe God’s very existence is community: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe and profess the historic Christian faith as revealed in Scripture and affirmed by the Church through the ages.
We believe the Bible (the Old and New Testaments) is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, the foundation for our teaching, faith, and practice, against which all other authorities must be measured. The Bible reveals all that is necessary for our salvation.
We believe God created every person in His image and that all people matter to Him. Therefore, everyone is welcome at Reynoldsburg Community Church, no matter where they are on their spiritual journey.
We believe Jesus Christ is God’s greatest gift to the world. Through His sacrificial life, death, and resurrection, forgiveness and new life are possible for all who put their faith in Him. Embracing faith in Jesus is the only way for this restoration to happen.
We believe the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead lives within believers today, transforming us through sanctifying grace and leading us into holiness as we bring our lives under the Lordship of Jesus.
We believe discipleship happens best in community. As we worship, pray, serve, grow, and witness together, we are called to multiply faith by equipping others and sending them out in mission.
We believe God’s grace is experienced through the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion.
Baptism is a once-in-a-lifetime act of initiation into God’s family. It’s a gift of grace for people of all ages, and we regularly celebrate opportunities to remember our baptism.
Holy Communion is a sacred meal where we remember Christ’s sacrifice, celebrate His presence, and look forward to His return. It strengthens and renews us to live faithfully for Him.
